The hotel is located in a very interesting place on a hill, with plenty of space for parking. There is also an option to dine in the restaurant on the ground floor. Additionally, the hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. For Italy, the breakfast was quite good (there were fried eggs).

Alessia was such an incredible host. We had the most magical stay in the fossombrone hills, with the most beautiful views all around. The breakfast, made fresh every day, was such a wonderful touch and gave us ample opportunity to ask Alessia questions and get some help on places to see and visit. Could not recommend it more!
Friendly and fun place to stay. Easy to communicate via Whatsapp. Quiet on the riverside. Our room had a good view. Nice bar just up the road. We booked our own bathroom. Liked the solid wood furniture and syle. Breakfast is the packaged sweets which after some days travelling you get used to haha! Coffee shop available in town.
Our stay in Fossombrone was a complete success.
The house is huge, you can find every equipment you need, the pool is a dream, the garden is heavenly and the location is wonderfully quiet.
It is better than in the pictures.
