Accommodation, was as described on the website, and it is in a rural area just south of Faenza in Emilia Romano part of north eastern Italy. Easy access to San Marino and Rimini on the coast, as well as the Ferrari museums at Maranello. Richardo, who spoke very good English, was very welcoming offering a good Italian breakfast each morning, with choices of English tea or coffee. Also, he was very helpful with places to go and finding free parking, plus any other problems which may arise, as we weren't Italian speakers.

Great location, spacious, great hairdryer, easy to get and return the key. Easy comunication with the host, who was very friendly and always responded to us.
The best stay we had yet. Marko is the friendliest and most helpful host. He went out of his way to recommend us places to eat and visit. He even helped us get home when we got lost in forli.

Fillippo is a great host, very helpful, he suggested couple nice local places to see in the surrounding of the town. Rooms were clean and the breakfast super tasty. Best in the town!
Close to the central station and city centre, grocery shops, sights and bus stops in case you need to go to another part of the city. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet though, we didn't hear any noise from the streets. The staff was very nice and did their best to help us even though we experienced a language barrier. Air conditioner in the room was a life savior during the heat.
Very nice host that spoke good English. Quiet area next to a golf course. Could park my van there for free for a week during a motorcycle trip. Very good breakfast, none of those small plastic containers, only the real stuff. Outside seating, individual coffee orders.
The location and spaciousness. The loft apartment could have been amazing with a little more care and attention. Admittedly, it was quite cheap but a few things ought still to have been better. We arrived in a heat wave and the host had considerately aired the property and turned a fan on.

The guesthouse is quiet, and is in a quiet neighbourhood. Well functionning airconditionning in the rooms. Bathroom very clean. Walking distance from railway station.
