We booked the room at the very last minute after being stranded at the station in Follonica, after our train was cancelled. We arrived at the B&B after 9 pm and the staff was accommodating, even though they had to give us a different room than the one we had booked (we were supposed to have a sea view, but we didn't mind). The room was nice and clean, with air conditioning and a lot of storage space.

The apartment is very nice and it is very well positioned ( close to the train station, beach, city center ). The host was also very nice to us and very helpfull.
The rooms itself is fantastic with an amazing bathroom and comfortable beds. It's also in a great location with a quiet street but walking distance to the main streets and beaches. The air con in the room is also great. They let us store our bicycles in the room too which was a big plus. Check in was quick and easy.
Everything top. Clean, nicely and functionally furnished flat, with large windows, terrace and sea view; great location; hot tub on the roof was great. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful, answered every question and at the end they efficiently helped us to "revive" our car battery :)
