Very nice, intimate hotel! This place has a soul! The rooms were renovated, clean, with the coffee machine, fridge, airco and balcony just next to the swimming pool. The garden was very nice to chill and to sunbath. Very nice owners, family business. SOS device under the shower. Breakfast was not too big but good, fresh eggs, cheese, ham, croissants, cake, fruits, jams, nutella etc. and delicious coffee! I really recommend that place! Only half hour to Como. Parking on the property with closed fence. Every room has it's own code so no key needed, VERY GOOD IDEA!

The hosts carefully thought about every single detail to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. This property has everything you might need during your stay (even a bathrobe). It’s spotless clean, quiet, comfortable bed and nicely decorated room. Bus stop is within a couple of minutes walk and, in no time you are in the city center. A very nice and inexpensive pizzeria is just across the street. It’s a big luck to find such a nice B&B in Como. I highly recommend!

What’s not to like? It’s a beautifully presented property with lovely large rooms excellent long and wide beds, a well appointed bathroom, nice grounds and lovely views of the lake and mountains.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the breakfast room well appointed and a great selection for breakfast. The room was equipped with kettle and a fridge with complimentary water, nicely chilled.
3.9 km from Como Borghi Train Station, Lake Home Apartments is a recently renovated property set in Lipomo and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking.

Quaint little hotel on the shores of Lake Como. We had a great view from our room across the lake looking towards George Clooney's villa (couldn't quite see it!). The hotel is charming although a little tired in places. The bathrooms could do with a refurb. Restaurant is a bit pricey for what you get. Road down to the hotel/village is quite hairy lots of blind bends to navigate and the village itself is very quiet with not many facilities.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night and absolutely loved it. The hotel has beautiful interiors, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. The most outstanding aspect was the kind and helpful staff; they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this charming hotel to anyone looking for a boutique experience and excellent service.
Our stay at the Essentia Guest House was satisfying. The host is very friendly and offers the best service. We had both dinner and breakfast at the house and both meals were delicious! And the view is picturesque!
The Guesthouse is located at the top of a hill in remote and stunning surroundings. Exceptional friendly staff with attention to detail made our stay a very memorable experience. As the Guest house is situated some distance from the next eatery Dinner can be arranged with the host, lovely home cooked meal :-) Breakfast was very good with loads to choose from.
One of the most beautiful experiences in my life is a very beautiful house, a charming view of Lake Como, a very kind and friendly host, Michaela, her husband and her daughter, the location of the house and the beauty of the scenic views around it make it an absolutely special place, the breakfast is delicious and varied with traditional Italian dishes
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for peace and quiet away from the city and work
