Everything. I really dont know why this accomodation has only 2*. Building is new, everything is in perfect condition. Beleive me - if i want to find 1 bad thing i will be probbably looking for a few weeks. :)
My plan was reach timmelsjoch and Kuhtai pass so i have to leave this hotel early. The owner wake up before 6 only because to prepare breakfast for me. They have breakfast normaly around 8.00. incredible. My head was full of expectation what will happen with my bike ride...and when i pay forget to give a tip for her work. I hope she did not angry because of that.

Very nice and lovely hotel with a good location near the village center, quiet, clean, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, terrace or balcony, deck chairs, sauna and small pool, free parking in underground garage, excellent breakfast with the rich choice. If you want to visit Dorf Tirol, I highly recommend this hotel. It's not just bed and breakfast, it's like visiting good friends, who will host you kindly and lavishly. Service, reception and customer care are at the highest level.
Great location, very quiet and surrounded with beautiful nature. Food is exceptional, breakfast is very rich with everything you could wish for. Outstanding dinner with several courses. Hotel is very cosy, comfortable and clean. SPA area is very nice and relaxing, also the pool area.
Absolutely great accommodation. We stayed in room 301 - great view terrace, so comfortable beds in master bedroom - I slept better than at my own home. The hosts thought about little things as salt, pepper and sunflower oil available for guests - which is indeed not the first thing you take with you when travelling but needed everyday if you cook. Great service - you can order bread for next morning. Perfect quiet apartment location - end of the street, no passing-by traffic.

Lovely guesthouse in a lively village. Huge balcony (shared with another room). Delicious breakfast. Absolutely value for money. Merano card gives you free local transport and access to museums and charming public pool just down the road.
