Absolutely everything. This is the accommodation I would love to find in every place I ever stay. Beautiful property, exactly as photographed. Comfortable, stylish and every detail has been considered. Large towels, full length mirror, Smeg fridge, spacious cupboard with hangers, plug points in ideal places. Enzo is a superb host and to top everything else, provided a delicious breakfast. It really doesn’t get any better!

This is a great and very well appointed room. kids loved it
Its very central to many areas in the South of Italy , most are less than an hour away
Hosts are superb as we did not realise we needed a key and a plastic card as when we arrived they
gave us a key and the card was in the room , we arrive back late and the Host very kindly brought another card over.
There is a restaurant below thats fish based and tasty.
Be careful on mondays to arrive as very little in the town is open.
There is a small Taverna by the fountain run by a very friendly guy , it has to be one of teh cheapest
places we have drank it with god service for years.
The are is quiet and you can sleep well here,

Everything was perfect, it is like an oasis built in the middle of a small village but very close to Otranto and all the amazing beaches. It's really possible to see the care that they had while building, especially the pool area and it's amazing garden. Besides the place itself, also the owners were super friendly and helped us with many tips. Without question our best stay in Italy.

Beautiful gardens well maintained and a good pool serviced with lots of sunbeds. The room was very clean albeit a little dark and very quiet at night, although we could hear people in the morning in adjacent rooms (TV noise) - but not an issue. Very pleasant staff and a truly excellent breakfast. Very safe with gates locked around 7pm.
The host family is super kind and friendly. I loved the pool, the car parking is right outside, the apartments are big, the property has so many Palms and trees which we loved.
William was so kind and helpful, and did his best to ensure I had a good stay. Breakfast was amazing, the grounds nicely landscaped and maintained, and the pool and relaxing area were clean, stylish, comfortable, and well-kept. Rooms were quiet and well-equipped, and location was conveniently 20 mins away from elegant Otranto and its restaurants.
Very nice hosts who gave us good tips for restaurants. The location is very central in Salento and the room was impeccable. Great base for exploring the region!
The villa is well set up for a family group with separate spaces for privacy and relaxation.
we had a memorable holiday as the property is close to beautiful seaside towns like Gallipoli and Otranto and popular beaches. our host Tony was most helpful and generous providing us with a variety of delicious breakfast foods.
a car is essential as the property is isolated but the towns of Castrignano de Greci and Carpignano are a few minutes drive away and we’ll equipped with supermarkets and restaurants.
