This was a wonderful B & B. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. Everything imaginable was provided in the room….mini bar, coffee, tea, etc. The breakfasts were fabulous…even included fresh squeezed juice!!

Beautiful suite with a lovely view of the lake. It is very close to the ferry. We self checked in and staff was very responsive with questions. The communication was via WhatsApp.
Rain was in the forecast the day we took the ferry to Bellagio and umbrellas were available for our use.

A charming and very centrally located place to stay! We were worried it would be loud because of the bustling location, but we didn't hear a thing. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about the property exceeded our expectations! Davide was an amazing host and catered to our every request in extremely quick fashion. Additionally, the location is perfect from the amazing view of the lake to the easy accessibility to take both the ferry to Como and the option to walk back at night if warranted. Beatiful view, very close to the lake and a great location when it comes to restaurants and shops. There was a minor inconvenient with the keys due to the cleaning crew taking them but the owner gave us a bottle of wine as a recompensation which was really thoughtful. Great host and great location.

Wow! What a great host Stefano is, the utmost attention to detail in every way! Super easy to communicate with, great location just off the side of the ferry station and como lago train station. Super quiet. He let us check in early and even had coffee, drinks, water and a bottle of wine waiting! And snacks! Would definitely stay here again!
