Our stay at BnB 1504 was great. Lovely tastefully renovated rooms and building, very comfortable bed and clean facilities.
Roberta and Andrea were perfect hosts. As many have said the breakfasts are true feasts, clearly made with lots of love. They kindly even catered to our dietary requirements, with equally tasty options.
They were a great source of local knowledge for walks and places to visit, we found some true gems thanks to them.

Wow!! What an incredible place to stay. The rustic feel of the property blended with the well thought out spa facilities gave such a unique experience. Marco was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. The location was great and we had easy access to various parts of the slopes so we could explore different pockets every day. The pictures don’t do the place justice it has such an authentic feel and the views are wonderful. It is a very quiet village so we felt we had the whole place to ourselves. Marco has a local wine shop in the Sestriere which you have to visit and see all the wonderful local produce. I can’t rate this highly enough if you are wanting to have a cosy, rustic holiday with an element of luxury.

Super-friendly owner and well-priced. You can park your motorcycle in the garage, which is obviously very handy.
A bit of Italian language knowledge is helpful, but it worked anyway.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Friendly host who left us breakfast for the first day, close to the town centre and a fantastic pizzeria, nice flat with comfortable bed, plenty of hot water for showers and a functional kitchen. Walking distance to ski lifts to both Sansacario and Claviere. The bubble was closed to Sansacario when we were there but we drove to the village. We enjoyed being able to walk to the lift to take us up to Claviere.
The room was simple but just as expected. Had all one needed. Super clean, and it was done every day. The host family was very nice and helpful if one had any questions. If you like a hard bed and want to find a budget place with a good location in a village where you have access to both sides of Via Lattea this is your place. The cafeteria/gelateria downstairs seems to be the place where the whole village comes, too. Great cappuccino, great crepes.
Very responsive host (via text messaging). Great historical location, only 20 meters to the lovely high street of Cesana (excellent butcher, wine bar, cafe, upmarket supermarket, ski shop, etc). Beautiful apartment equipped with everything you need. Easy parking on Via Montello (30 meters from the property). Can snowshoe into Claviere from the top of the street (via Sant'Antonio). We will be back!
The Gimont lodge is located in a spectacular place nested in the middle of the ski area, reachable only via lifts during the day or snowmobile rides in the evening. The peace you experience there after the ski day is something you can't explain. The breakfast was rich and of great quality, with fresh fruit, coffee, pastries etc. It's clear that Mariano and Mariana take hosting very seriously.
Great location directly opposite the ski lift. All the people working at the hotel are extremely friendly and helped us with ski hire, booking restaurants and local knowledge. Food and drink in hotel bar is good and well priced. The village is 10 minute walk and has several good restaurants, shops etc. Skiing area is extensive but not ideal for beginners. Will definitely be back.
The room was fairly basic but clean, comfortable and quiet. Location perfect for snowboarding and Cesana is a nice little town. Hotel staff lovely and super helpful.
