Room was clean and had everything we needed, including kettle, tea, coffee and snacks. No breakfast hence the snacks. It had secure parking which was round the back of the building so we followed our host to find it.

This place is very new and so so beautiful. Everything was clean up and communication with the owners was perfect! Also very lovely breakfast. Beautiful and quite place!

Beautiful renovated historic place located in a garden with orange trees. Save parking and dog friendly. Gabriella was a great host, she was helping us with any request and had recommendation for places to visit every morning.
The host went above and beyond my expectations. The host is super nice and respected man. He is very helpful and made my stay very smooth. There were snacks and coffee. The house is super nice with perfect bathroom, bed and kitchen. There are also plates and some cooking pots. I want to mention that it has great location next to the theater.

Salvatore - the Host of this place is a very pleasant and helpfull person. The room I have, was very clean, quiet and well equipped. The strong point of this place is a kitchen full of goods where you can eat and drink whatever and whenever you want.
I found that Massimo had my mind at ease as I arrived by train, not knowing how I was going to get there and he made it very easy for me to find .He's a great host with the most.
There's everything you need right next to the B@B and you can either get a bus from out the front or just take a half hr walk to the centre.
The Biodiversity park is two minutes walk away it's open early and closes at midnight..a whole day can be spent in that beautiful place.
Anytime I'm in Catanzaro, I would definitely get this room again.
