Michella and Massimo have been very welcoming and nice. I've been lucky to taste Michella's cake in the morning. The villa is at the centre of the village and only 5min of walk to Procchio beach.
Even without a car, it's very easy to get there by bus from Portoferraio with the 116 and to reach other villages of the island via the same line.

The view was stunning and the host was extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. Heating worked really well in the chilly conditions. Short drive down to Porto Azzurro and Capoloveri which we enjoyed.

It was a really lovely appartment with a nice view and nearby some beautiful beaches (by car!). The owners are very kind and welcoming too! Nice pool and a good restaurant in the same street. We had a really good time and fell in love with the Elba Island!

The sea view is better than the photos. This is a fine beach apartment with basic feel, although nothing was really missing. It's located in a quaint area close to one of the Elba many beaches. There is a bus service to Innamorata but it was not tested by us. Friendly hostess who gave instructions to get checked in. Great with washing machine and dishwasher.
We had a wonderful time in Capoliveri. Michaela and Silvio were so welcoming and friendly and just really great hosts. The apartment was comfortable and stylish and the location is great. We can totally recommend you to stay at Chez Nous and we are looking forward to coming back the next time we are on Elba!
Own patio and very nice house, walking distance to center. Laundry was big plus. Andreas was very helpful and nice host. There was local wine and water in fridge, fresh fruits also. Andreas pick up us from harbour to apartment and answer quickly if we need help or info about something. We feel us very welcome to Andreas place. Thank you for everything!
The terrace that hosts Andrea’s bar is lovely. Great views and Andrea is a fantastic host and barman. The cocktails were incredible, and all with a great story behind them. We appreciated all the care Andrea put into his work.
Davide was welcoming and super helpful, he gave us plenty of recommendations which made our time in Capoliveri very enjoyable.

Amazing place for the perfect vacation in Elba. Central, quiet location, very easy to reach from all over the island and perfect if you are by car.
The hosts were SUPER friendly and flexible. Our studio with kitchen was perfect, the other facilities like the swimming pool, table tennis etc were great.
Cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be coming back!! We were a couple but it also seemed very family-friendly.
Michaela and Silvio are gracious hosts. We appreciated that Silvio met us outside of the city center and guided us to the apartments, showing us two different paths. We rented their smallest apartment but it was plenty of space for two of us and was well laid out. Be sure to wander around the city of Capoliveri - it is adorable!
Very nice and new apartment, well-furnished with everything you might need for your vacation. The location is perfect, right in the center of Capoliveri, but at the same time, very quiet, with parking right in front of the building. The hosts are just amazing; they genuinely care about their guests’ happiness and go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
