So many things— we loved its uniqueness; loved the stone walls and ceiling. Wonderful shower, darling kitchenette, and Netflix worked beautifully! The owner, Maria, was so helpful— we had everything we needed and she kept in touch by messaging.

I would rate this Property a 10 +. Everything was spotless, I think it’s even cleaner than my house.
The closet was large with a lot of storage . The modern bathroom was spacious with a large shower. The air conditioning unit was nice and cool when we were in the room.
We had a car and were able to park in front of the gate and roll our luggage down to the patio, which was very convenient.
We enjoyed some wine while relaxing at night in the garden area.
There are restaurants within walking distance and the beach is at the end of the block.
Delicious breakfast items were provided each morning.
We had a great night sleep. Lovely place to stay.

Super beautiful host tan fit beautiful. Bed was nice plenty of food and yogurt coffee even a little liquor bottle . Parking was gated som. We made a mistake booking it but it turned out good. Only one issue we thought we were gonna get some primo big pimpin breakfast but it turned out to be 4 chocolates muffins . I was like whaaaaaattt! Like the minions 1 but all in all it was a 10 out of 10 and I still ate the muffins the pillows were a little stiff but the showers was good the outside was great the ac was cold and and yeah it was great

The room was spacious, clean and tidy, quiet and situated right across the street from the sea. The area is also relatively quiet (mid-September) and authentic/non-touristic. The Santo Spirito port with plenty of restaurants, etc. is just a few minutes walk away.
Our host, Francesco, was incredible. We felt welcome from the first minute. He quickly showed us to our room and checked us in so we could unwind after our trip, but made sure to send us some recommendations for restaurants and the like. Whenever we left or returned and he happened to see us, he also checked in with us to make sure that everything was alright or whether we needed anything. On our last day, he kindly let us check out late and also called someone to check which bus stop we had to go to. (We needed to go to Bitonto.)

Very good contact with the host of the facility. Clean and comfortable. Quiet despite the fact that the apartment was in the center of town. Unfortunately, you can not park under the facility.

Ground floor spacious apartment with lots of details which make it very comfortable and nicely decorated. Claudia and her husband were very helpful too.
Claudia was a great host. She met us at the apartment and told us where to park on the street. The room was great with plenty of room and bathroom excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi was good for work and we managed to watch a film on Netflix (there were a couple of pauses). Breakfast was 5 minutes walk away and was fine. Claudia gave advice on taxi's as I travelled to Palombaio. There was no noise from the street so it was a great place to stay for a day or two and a great place for overnight work stay.
