A nice older property that having a car is a distinct benefit as it’s located up and out of the city on a narrow curvy road. Also a nice live-in host that was very helpful when we could not find the location of the house. Be sure to call Enzo and ask him for the proper address before attempting to find the property. He wound up coming to find us and we followed him up the hill to the proper address.

Clean, very quiet, and very near to the ferry terminal, cafe, restaurant and 15 mins walk to the train station.
The shower is small but the hot water runs perfect

Very clean shared kitchen downstairs but we didn't use it.
Communication with the host was easy too. Online check in, online paid the city tax. And they provided WhatsApp number just in case you need it

Exceptionally helpful messaging/ staff with fantastic instructions (with pics) for access to the property & the room. Immediately responded to communications, followed up to make sure all was good with the room and asked for feedback if anything needed to be improved.

Great location, just 5 mins drive from the centre, lovely view. Silvia was a great host and sent us lots of information on Lake como beforehand, also great communication for getting the keys and helping us to amend the stay dates. Apartment lovely and clean and had good facilities and parking.
Spacious, quiet and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well provisioned with plenty of supplies provided including fresh fruit. Excellent host who went out of their way to meet us and show how everything worked and provided advice on the area including recommendations. Great parking in gated complex with easy access. This is a very quaint and traditional Italian house. It is well appointed with a lovely outside eating area. It is in a very quiet area approximately 20 minutes from Bellagio centre. Our host, Giulia is really accommodating and allowed us a little extra time for us to check out. She also gave us a recommendation for a lovely restaurant. Bellagio is such a wonderful place!
House is located within 10-15min walk to the city center. As other comments indicated there are a lot of stairs, so climb up could be a little bit problematic for some people. Apartments are very spacious and clean, but pretty old. Host was great and very easy to communicate. Also there is a free private parking and the neighborhood is very quiet, so be aware that if you come later at night like us, you will need to go to city center for food.
It is very charming place with adorable host. Very clean, comfortable and with perfect location. It is quite and at the same time very close to the city center. Despite Belagio is too touristic place the are of the apartment is in a very nice district walking distance from the center.
Great location 100m from the village square and about the same distance from the lake and ferry stop (via the stairs). Access with wheeled luggage is a longer way around. Gaia was a great host; very helpful when we had an unexpected delay owing to a transport workers' strike. The apartment is cosy and well facilitated and up a quiet street.
