One of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Location, views, hot tub, breakfast, staff, the room, gardens, balcony, the restaurant.... everything was perfect.
Pictures do not do it justice how beautiful the location and gardens are!
We had a car which was important - would not want to walk from baveno / stresa without the car - but parking was free and easy to find by the entrance to the property.
Both free Wifi and parking on-site are available at Antica Trattoria del Boden free of charge. A private entrance leads guests into the guest house, where they can enjoy some chocolates or cookies.

Quiet location jst outside of town but convenient for the lake by car. The apartment on the first floor was clean and comfortable. The host was nice but communication had to be done through Google Translator as she only spoke Italian.
We liked everything, great location, beautiful view. The apartment was very clean, kitchen well equipped. Our host was very helpful and reaponded fast when we needed help finding Taxi.:)

Great location, easy to locate on a very quiet street, lovely staff, comfortable bed and excellent shower. Stunning view of lake from the balcony and from the roof top seating area. All very clean. Really good breakfast. Lots of parking space. We were allowed to leave our luggage after checkout which was much appreciated. Would stay here again.
The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking ! The apartment is very spacious and generous, very elegant and clean. You have everything you need whether on couples holiday or with family. Parking space in front of the apartment is almost always free or you can use the garage! The host ist very friendly and answers any of your questions or requests. The area is very quiet. You can really relax on your holiday!
First of all, Dora is a great host! the house and view and the garden were all we could have hoped. A short distance from everything, it had everything in the appartement!
