Everything was great, newly renovated, very spacious and clean, we had a balcony with great views, big bathroom with great showers. Also, they have a lovely roof terrace which we didn't get to use due to bad weather. Its very close to the city center and although they dont have reserved parking, it is very easy to find on the side of the streets. Loved everything about our stay!

Modern room with comfortable bed and very clean in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. A water cooker is available to prepare some tea and a fridge for some groceries. If anything was missing, Gianluca helped us with everything. Starting with recommendation on various restaurants and activities in the area, up to crucial hints about where and how to book spots for hikes to the Cala Goloritzé or where to get a boat trip last minute :) Thank you for everything, we spent most of our time on Sardinia here and can absolutely recommend it.

The property is located in the city centre of a hilltown Baunei- it has extraordinary romantic atmosphere, views to the valley, narrow streets, old italian houses, ideal for romantic holiday. Apartment furnished with everything you need, owner very kind. Property quiet and cold - in the stonehouse - perfect for summer. Comfortable. Many unusual beaches on hand - Cala Goloritze, Pedra Longa, etc. Definitely wort the money.

We had access to the kitchen to cook, use the fridge and take meals. There is also a rooftop to eat and see the landscapes!
We recommend the restaurant golgo (15 minutes by car).

Great guest house in a beautiful small city. The room was perfectly clean, so much space around the house to relax, very calm and quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was really tasty although it would be even better to have some vegetables too.
The place was located close to the city center of Baunei, clean, nice, the host Alex was great, gave us a tour of the historically center. Parking space included. We stayed only one night but it was lovely, Baunei is such a peaceful place, comparing to Cagliari where you have pure stress and drive for hours around to find a parking spot.
Beautifully decorated room, comfy large bed, breakfast was incredible and Paola and her folks were great hosts (and cooks!) We are travelling around Sardinia and have booked another night there on our way back up the East coast.
Via Roma Charming Rooms in Baunei was just beautiful, great location, comfortable room and beautifully designed. Paola and Lara were amazing hosts and very helpful from first contact. We stayed with 2 smaller children. They were delighted to find wooden blocks and crayons in the room. The little table allowing them to draw was a big hit. Sadly, we only stayed for one night, but planning to come back in future.
One of our greatest pleasures was the roof terrace where you had your breakfast but could sit any time of day. The views were soul inspiring and soothing. We were here for the heart/spirit festival where the village goes back in time and you can immerse yourself in something quite beautiful. Massimo was a great host, very helpful and always replied promptly to questions. It is cheap to eat here and a great base for seaside, mountain treks and boat trips. A very memorable trip. Not too touristy.
