Brunella was a wonderful host and was happy to meet our requests. Room was lovely - modern and spotless. It is a quiet location but with a Conad supermarket and cafes nearby. Good public transport (bus) to the Assisi train station.

Property is in superb location. It is located just skirts of Assisi.
Place is nicely renovated, clean. Mattress is comfortable. There is a kitchenette with fridge, cafe machine, kettle, etc.
A lot of nice snacks are offered for breakfast in the room.
The scenery of Assisi and valley are marvelous.

For our almost three-week trip in Italy, Mauro's home was one of those that left the most positive impressions and memories for us! The independent apartment on the second floor of the house has everything you need for a short or long stay! The air conditioner worked well and managed to cool around him. Clean bathroom, well-stocked fridge and wide selection of coffee! A beautiful and well kept garden where the pool and sunbeds next to it were an added bonus. During the hot day, our two kids didn’t get out of the water for two hours.

Ulla is a great host and gave us lots of information about the area. The home is very nice - comfortable, spacious, quiet and well equipped. There is a private terrace perfect for dining outside, and a nice sheltered garden. There is a bus to Assisi that stops just a few metres from the house.
It was large, well equipped and easily accessible. A little out of the main tourist centre it was quiet and situated among the locals.

The property did not have A/c but did not need it it was cool inside while it was well over 30 degrees outside.
Great hostess. She only speaks Italian, luckily so does my husband, so normal communication was possible. The lady explained to us everything we were interested in regarding the place, its history and the surrounding towns.

Hostess Natascia was charming, friendly and extremely helpful - assisted with pick up and drop off at the station, helped with dining reservations/recommendations and made sure we were comfortable.
The apartment was very spacious and clean. ( suitable for a family or 2 couples sharing.)
Breakfast was generous with good choices. Extra snacks, fruit, tea and coffee were provided in the apartment.
We just loved Assisi and our accommodation was superb. We arrived very late, but our host was very forgiving and welcomed us. Everything was provided and the accommodation was delightful, very clean and beautifully decorated.
A quiet area with beautiful scenery and many historic buildings. We loved the quaint streets and houses, the markets, shops and gardens.
