Excellently located in quiet street in the old part of Arezzo. Yuri the host was very helpful and the rrom was well equiped with tea, coffee, bisquits etc. Breakfast was down the street in a charming café about 200 m. away.
Access by car needs to be coordinated with Yuri as it is in a ZTL zone. This however worked well coordinated through Whats App.Parking in public place is not too complicated and you can drive to the hotel and unload before parking the car.
Great location : a hidden gem with a perfect host. Thank you Massimo for the conversations, the advice, the lovely breakfast. The city center (where part of the movie la vita e bella was made) is only 5 mins away.

Parulia Guest House is wonderful! It is set in such beautiful surroundings, our room was lovely and very comfortable, and the pool area was perfect - the photos do not do it justice! It is a great location to visit other towns/cities for the day. A great deal of care is given to the experience of guests by Piera and Jerome who were wonderful hosts. Piera’s cooking was excellent and Jerome makes a fab aperol spritz and limoncello spritz!
Fabio was a great host, with excellent restaurant recommendations. Good location in characterful room, just outside the city centre of an authentic city. Great experience.
Everything was perfect, great hosting by the owner, Laura grazie mille. The room was spotless, the area quiet and peaceful. Great breakfast, I hope we'll return in future.
Nice clean room in the city center. Mauricio is a great host, very helpful and informative, with his help everything was very easy and smooth. Italian breakfast in the bar on the central square was delicious. Highly recommend this B&B.
Great location. Vibrant town centre just a short walk away and yet the apartment was quiet and private. great view from the terrace. Excellent communication with the host who facilitated and early check in for us.
