Laura has been great from the start, communicated effectively, welcomed us at the guesthouse on arrival. Showed us around the property, explaining everything thoroughly. Our room was clean and spacious with a balcony that we sadly did not make use of as we only stayed for one night. The property is located in the historic centre of town with lots of bars and restaurants around - this comes handy as there’s no food service in this property. Laura also had recommendation for dinner and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend this property.

We came to Sardinia for beach holidays and kite surfing. Iglesias is not far from beautiful beaches and one of the best kite spots. The small town with a traditional village center also gave us a culturally lively background where there was always something new to discover. There were boutiques, restaurants and a large market for fresh food in the immediate vicinity. We received a very friendly welcome from the Zentith Rooms team. We didn't miss anything during our vacation and we really enjoyed the beautiful, large and clean room. The best part came as a surprise at breakfast: fresh, sweet yellow figs with Italian espresso.

Towels, beach umbrella, hanger for wet clothes, air conditioning, modern interior, kitchen, parking, washing machine, self checkin and checkout, basic kitchen equipment available, spacious modern shower, price and value. Aparatment was easy to find and to get into, communication with the host was great - he was kind and helpful.
Although some things could be improved (mainly the bed), we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
Peace, quiet, remote location, family feeling, mountains, nice discussions at dinner with good food, the dogs!

very peaceful and relaxing stay in the middle of nowhere. located close to a very nice beach. the hosts were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast for 8€ is well worth the money, kids loved the cakes 😀

It was our desire to try out the farm stay in Sardinia, since we have stayed in all sorts of accommodations along the coast towns in Sardinia in the past 2 weeks.
So L'Aquila farm is exactly what we expected - simple, quiet and lovely. William and his family were good host.
Farm dinner tasted good and abundant. By the way, one has to inform William in advance that they are dining at their place for them to prepare food. (But it seems a general practice in farm stays in Sardinia.)
Angela is great host and an amazing cook. She prepares everything fresh, from scratch and by herself (even Pasta and croissants! and also the Digestif). Dinner has six courses and the wine is great. I loved our conversations. She really is a lovely lady and takes her time to make every guest feel welcome. The view from the rooms and the veranda over the valley and the ocean are great.
Outstanding Agriturismo in all regards. Great location with easy access to beautiful Spiaggia Scivu, nice pool, spacious rooms, lovely grounds. Best of all were the fantastic dinners, which should not be missed. Added bonus was the superb care from host Steffano: Bravo Steffano!
