We loved the private side entrance, access to the laundry facilities and separation of space! Our host was so helpful with information about the area and checking in on us to see if we needed anything. It’s a short walk to the historic center and the best restaurant and bakery are a 2 minute walk. It’s everything we needed for our stay.

1. It’s a house with common areas with other guests, it is mentioned but still you should notice it.
2 breakfast is “do it up style” , Simon provided anything we asked plus but it is also something to pay attention too

The breakfast was abundant and offered a good variety. Service by Viviana was friendly.
Our large corner room on the 1st floor (that means 2nd floor in the US) looked out over the lawn. The Villa is old and the floors and doors sometimes creak, but that is part of the charm. The rooms, while not extravagant, offered all the necessities.
We flew into Milan Malpensa and took the train to Lecco, walking from the station to the Villa. Check-in instructions were provided in advance and we were able to access the property, the villa, and our room with no difficulty. The Villa was quiet except in the morning rush hour when there is traffic in the city.
We met some friendly grocers down the street with whom we communicated in Spanish. (I don't know Italian and Spanish is closely related). They even waved goodbye as we walked back to the train station upon our departure.
We enjoyed Lecco and our stay at Villa del Cigno.

To feel like a real guest in Nonna Anna’s house is a privilege. The gardens are beautiful and the rooms well appointed in traditional Italian style. The village setting is perfect and tranquil. Anna and Gerry are just the loveliest hosts.
Room was nice! The bed was big and spacious. The host was really nice and made sure you got a lot of breakfast! Bathroom was really big, I couldn’t figure out the rain shower but it was fine.
Hosted by extremaly hospitable senior couple. Mrs. Anna might be an angel idk. Delicious breakfast was served directly to our room. We got to explore Airuno, as well as nearby Lecco and Brivio with ease.
Perfect location surrounded a typical Italian nature. Near to train and bus station. Very kind and considerate host family. Fully secured parking space in the house. Very clean and fully equipped with fancy interior. Fresh air and tender sunshine on the terrace during breakfast was healing me. Nothing uncomfortable, bur everything perfect. I am definitely willing to come here again with my family and friends soon.
Lovely, quiet, authentic old farm. Lot of greenery outside. Very kind hosts. One morning we got fresh eggs right from the chicken! Fully equipped kitchen. It was enough room for us - 2 adults and three kids. Very clean! Free public parking with enough space in 2 minutes walk distance. Very good pizza in Brivio city 5 minutes by car.
A nice selection provided with different items each day. A lovely apartment in a quiet village, close by church with bells chimed the hours and chickens in a building opposite. Lovely hosts. A relaxing place, only about 5 - 7 mins through the village and up a short hill to the railway station which has a regular service towards Milan and Lecco on lake Como.
