It’s very clean, rooms are ok (not incredibly big but not small), but the two bathrooms for 6 rooms are clean, big and very comfortable.
Breakfast was fantastic with lots of variation. There is no kitchen, but the guesthouse has a boiler, toaster and microwave.

Location was great, with a view across the water to Reykjavík. Property was perfect for our needs and had all the amenities we needed. We managed to see northern lights directly outside the room which was special!

The host is a super friendly person. There are two hot tubs available and there’s not so many rooms in that motel so they never get crowded, actually we were alone there all the time. There’s a free parking right in front of the property.
The host Richard was absolutely lovely. He welcomed us as soon as we arrived and spent lots of time showing us around and giving us tips for travelling around Iceland. The room was clean and well-equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the heating worked very well. The kitchen nearby has everything you could need to cook an elaborate meal for yourself and a washing machine too. The location is perfect if you have a flight which arrives in the evening, as it’s super close to the airport.
The house was absolutely beautiful and in a lovely street right next to the ocean. Very close to the airport and only around half an hour drive to Reykjavik. The host was amazing, very friendly and always got back to any messages very quick.

The property was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. There was also a sea view. The area was extremely quiet for sleeping but also close to the airport and Blue Lagoon. Great TV selection and good wifi. Easy to communicate with hosts.
Great location, not far from the airport which was convenient for us as we were flying back the following day. Fantastic kitchen facilities and the room had a great bathroom, as well as a kettle. Lovely host even gave us some cold/flu tablets.
