Exceptional place - we stayed here for the second time. It’s our favorite accommodation in Iceland! Excellent value for money, the kitchen has everything you need, squeaky clean bathrooms, very cozy warm rooms. Inga and Oli are really nice and responsive, they helped us fix an issue with our car. Couldn’t ask for more! We’ll definitely stay again in a future visit.

Guesthouse 43 is a great place to stay in Grundarfjordur if you need a place for a night while traveling around Snæfellsnes. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, beautiful views, and booking was very easy. The place has 3 bathrooms with all the amenities available so no worries about sharing. I highly recommend it.

We used this guesthouse as our first night of the vacation. It is well equiped, if you are familiar with thos hostel style. Sleeping rooms are private, but everything else is shared. The kitchen had everything and because we and another couple had exclusively the area, everything went well. If it is fully booked, I can imagine this to be more crowded.
The area is nice and has fantistic waterfall within short distance walking range. Also the swimming pool is highly recommended

Very nice guesthouse with private rooms and place in shared common room. Very clean both of them. Common kitchen quiet big with all services. We spent part of the evening playing cards in a pleasant atmosphere
