Nothing but good things to say about this accomodation the man who I believe is the father that works there is extremely accommodating assisted me with my questions about my next days. Travel help me understand the weather app and was overall super accommodating. the rooms were nice and clean. The bathrooms the same. The breakfast that was offered was amazing value for the money very filling and tasty overall couldn’t say anything about this place if I tried.

This is one of the best guesthouses in my trip to Iceland and Norway. The house owner Eva is an artist, she has very gods feeling of how to make house comfortable. The house is decorated with some of her collection and her paintings. The house surrounding is very nice, like a beautiful farm, her and chickens running on green grassland. Flowers are blooming on the way to the house. We really love everything here. We enjoyed so much there. Eva is very helpful as well, she helps me fixed my hat. If we come back again, we will definitely book her guesthouse and I would also recommend her house to my friends.

Eva was an amazing host, preparing the most delicious breakfast, during which she heard our stories and answered all our questions about Iceland and living there. Everything was prepared with love and care, and she even kept some things we forgot in the fridge so we could pick them up a few days later when we drove back to the capital. It might not be the cheapest accommodation, but it is totally worth it.
Eva is an incredible host who goes above and beyond to welcome her guests. We had the best breakfast of our whole trip to Iceland with Eva serving up home made traditional breads and jam, salmon her husband had caught and smoked lamb from the farm. The atmosphere she has created in the guesthouse is homely with a communal dining room that feels like you’re having a dinner party with other travellers in a warm and stylish Icelandic home. This was definitely the most memorable stay of our trip to Iceland.
I've never seen a guesthouse as full of warmth and cosiness as this one in my whole life ! The dedication of the very kind landlady to the happiness of each host is really enjoyable. The breakfast was really a pleasure: meeting people from around the world around a table full of home made and local products. I will keep this guesthouse as one of my best memories of Iceland, for sure 😊
The guesthouse is on a nice location and not far from Vik. The room is beautiful and comfortable. Ieva(host) self-prepare breakfast every morning with homemade buns, homemade jams and fresh eggs from their chickens. Koni(dog) is very friendly! I would highly recommend this guest house. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Iceland!
It was really really cozy and the guesthouse is on a nice location. the host and the receptionist(aka dog) was really friendly and helpful! The guesthouse is simply the best we did in our whole trip in island. The room is cute and well decorated. The room and private bathroom is spacious and clean. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the house is an amazing place to watch the north light. Our host was full of good advises and prepare a great breakfast. The place is cozy and convivial so be ready to socialize. We can only recommend!
Our host was very kind: she called us in the morning to update us on the weather situation (in fact, shortly after our arrival, all the roads were closed, and we had to extend our stay until the third morning of the following day).
The guesthouse is really beautiful and you can also reach the black beach on foot or, in five minutes by car, the nearby lighthouse.
The owner speaks Italian, having lived in Naples for five years.

There is so much loving, attention to detail put into every aspect of this Guesthouse. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location for exploring Southern Iceland. Eva was a superb host -- she went above and beyond in her communication, the breakfast spread she prepared, and her fun and funny disposition. The bedroom was warm and cozy, we slept wonderfully!
