I spent a week at Felix's Homestay. Initially, I planned to stay just one day.
The homestay is incredibly cozy, with a lovely living room and a balcony. Felix, the owner, is super friendly and welcoming. After my long journey, he kindly offered me a coffee and a buttered bread, which was such a nice gesture.
The homestay is close to the beach, making it perfect for peaceful walks, but it's also conveniently located for a quick trip to Panjim. If you enjoy a cozy, quiet atmosphere with a touch of family warmth, this is the perfect place for you.

Beautiful old heritage house set in a quiet leafy location but fairly central. Very high ceilings, fan and air con . We had apartment 1 which was the front door, entrance hall, bedroom and a lovely black and white bathroom. The outdoor area was the entrance to the house with seats on either side. It was lovely.

We had a quiet night after a long trip. The property was close to the airport (far from the touristic places) but that was our intention. The hostess was helpful with everything.
Amazing guest house. Neat and clean. Had all the necessary items. There was a very cute bakery outside the guest house for breakfast and other items. They open at 8.30am. a great place to stay. Will definitely recommend it. There was even a cute church outside the guest house. And it's 5-7 min walk from the beach. Just at 5 min walk ,there is a restaurant called filomena with great taste and cheap prices.
This property is awesome and the host avneesh is a great host who understands the needs and facilities accordingly. Society has all the amenities and decent crowd also everything including airport is nearby.
The All Seasons Guest House is in a quiet location with quick access to the beautiful Bogmalo beach. Easy to find and charming hospitality. The rooms themselves are simple and clean with working amenities and even a peaceful view out onto a palm grove. A cheerful and serene no-frills place , would recommend to anyone!
I stayed in Cinco Filhas for some days to go diving with Gary (Goa Diving, just 2 min waling down the road). the room was very clean, the mattress was superb and I slept like a baby after a long day in the sun and under water. The beach with restaurants is a 5 min walk away so location is great.
Big plus: unlike accommodations near the beach which suffer under the very loud noise from water sports and people having drinks and the beach, the Cinco Filhas is very quiet and peaceful.
