Need and clean the housekeeper are well behaved & the location is quiet, with a natural environment. If there was a self cooking kitchen material available in the room it will be 100% well done. I would recommend it. If i ever visit South Goa in the near future i would be happy to book the same

The location was excellent, very close to nice restaurants, the supermarket and a great beach
Our room was very large with a good fan and strong AC which was very needed in the Goan heat!
The host organised scooter rental for us and also let us use the room beyond checkout time on the day we left

Absolutely everything!! The hosts go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. There was a kitchen and washing machine and an ironbox too! The rooms were soooo clean and neatly maintained. Beautiful view from the balcony too! I didn't have any expectations before staying but boy was this one of the best stays ever! Totally worth it and highly recommended.

Stayed here for almost 4 days (booked for only 2 days and then extended)
We got 1 room on Ground Floor & 2 *2bhk Apartment On 1 st floor
Let me tell you its too spacious, too clean , at good location as well.
The host Ms. Hazira is also very nice , cooperative.
We really liked the stay thats why we kept on extending it. My family was not ready to check out from there only😂.

Great location, pool and the beach. Had issue when we checked in as the room and bed was too small for 2 adult and child, then the manager was kind enough to provide a room with good view and spare bed for child. Great thanks for Zara who went and beyond to help our stay more comfortable and providing great recommendations for places to visit.
The hotel is in a lovely setting with super easy access to the beach, which itself is beautiful and was pretty quiet for most of the day during our stay. One of the best parts of the stay was the beach shack. The staff here, particularly Jay, Niraj and chef Tamil were brilliant. Their service was excellent and the food was delicious - we ended up eating there all 3 nights of our stay!
The breakfast was good. I have a food allergy and the host was very careful about what he can serve me. I had no problems and everything was very tasty. The beds are very comfortable and large, the bathroom clean. The views are stunning, we had the pool view option. Everyone was very friendly and the host always tried to do his best to make us feel at home.
I loved the location, quiet and peaceful. Beach is walkable. Peaceful beach too. Clean and good location. Not many tourists.
Food option right next to the apartment, zalor food point is good for breakfast and lunch. Dinner I didn't try
