The Owner Of The Property Was Very Hospitable And Cooperating. It felt like a place where you could live carefree and there were no security issues as the place was located in a housing area. I had paid twice or thrice the more money and still didn't got that much satisfaction. Major attractions like Charminar, Mecca Masjid, etc were located at a walking distance. Bus Stop is also at a walking distance.
Overall I would say the value for money which I got was amazing and an amazing host is cherry on the top.
