For this guest house I didn't like any facilities. So dirty. No neat maintainance. Only staff Rajesh behaviour good . But he charged 500 extra for USGAGE OF AC. Without AC THE PACKAGE WE HAVE PAID ha ,it's seems very bad. Now a days no body taking non AC ROOMS. While booking also no option showned that with Ac OR WITHOUT AC. So very worst experience.
First impressions were that it was a bit of a warehouse or shopping mall but actually just designed well for the city.
Very quiet, great boiling hot showers, restaurant who will deliver to your room, clean and everything works . Also near the metro at paradise! Quickest way to get around !!
Host Tanvir was very friendly and made sure we had a hassle free and comfortable stay. His suggestions on restaurants were excellent. He also provided us with contacts of the local cab drivers who were very friendly, cooperative and had reasonable rates. Caretaker Suraj was very responsive in answering our calls and made sure all our needs were provided for. The stay had all basic amenities and is situated in a quiet locality of East Marredpally. No trouble in swiggying orders or booking uber/ola.
The room I had (on the rear side) was quiet, comfortable, clean, and secure. The bed was comfortable and so were the armchairs. The bathroom facilities are fine for the price of the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room had a useful desk to work from, and Wifi was included. I used the laundry service which was good value and returned clean clothes in two days.
