Crescent Moon Homestay, hotel in Rishīkesh

Crescent Moon Homestay enjoys a location in Rishīkesh, 22 miles from Mansa Devi Temple and a 3-minute walk from Laxman Jhula.

First of all, Pooja , the owner, is absolutely adorable. She treats hosts like her own siblings, very polite and nice. She is always available both on WhatsApp and physically, once anyone needs her. The place feels like home . For its value it’s absolutely great place. Additionally it’s clean and has a very good location ( but it’s for people who are physically healthy , because there is some part you have to climb to reach the guest house).

I had a great stay here, as the other reviews said it was quiet- a welcome sanctuary from the usual honking of traffic and barking dogs at night that you get India! Great location right next to Triveni Ghat for the wonderful aarti ceremony. And very friendly hosts, with a kitchen to use if you wish. They very kindly let me checkout later because of my flight timings which was a massive help. The bed was really big and the view was great! It’s really good value for what it is for sure.

A special introduction to the tapovan area, with peace and quiet that can't be found many places nearby. Swami was a great host and it was a great experience staying in a truly authentic, humble, yoga ashram

Great location a little off the mainroad. Abhishek is a great host, helpful and trying to make your stay as good as possible. We now consider him a friend. Me and my wife also got to know some longtime staying guests, who also became our friends. Helping us. We felt like we staying with family.
