This was my third stay at this hotel—first time was pure relaxation, and now I’m back for more of the good life. The spot is perfect, with a nice wide road out front that makes it easy for cars and cabs to swing by. Breakfast starts at 8 AM, but if you smile wide enough, they might even bring it out earlier.
The generator here is the unsung hero, kicking in whenever the power decides to take a nap. And the restaurant? Hats off to the chef at the Avocado Garden restaurant—every dish is a hit! And it’s not just me who thinks so; the local cats drop by regularly to confirm. One cheeky little guy even snagged a piece of my spicy chicken skewer (bold move, buddy—cats aren’t built for heat like that!).
The rooms have a fun quirk: take the key out, and poof—no power. Except for the air conditioning, which keeps you from turning into a puddle. But if you get a road-facing room, prepare for a nightly concert of car horns and revving engines..
Big thanks to Vrushali, the queen of the front desk, who was always there with a smile and helped with everything, from sending clothes to laundry to sorting out little surprises. And Sahil in the restaurant? Absolute champ! Without him, I’d probably still be sitting there wondering where my food went.
Apart from the noise and the sandy feet situation, this place is a total win. Just watch out for the cats—they're on a mission to taste-test everything on your plate!

I liked Food, vibe, service, location, stillness. The place is in the beautiful garden near the lagoon. No loud music, no loud neighbours. The biryani and noodles were very good. I enjoyed breakfast from the terrace. The sea is just a few min away.

Bibhitaki was a chilled sociable hostel in between Palolem and Patnem beach. The manager Loy made our stay in palolem showing us around the area, giving us recommendations and helping us with bikes. Loy helped us go to the beautiful Tanshikar spice farm. The AC 12 bed is simple and spacious with a bathroom of its own. There is a communal area and courtyard perfect for relaxing and a great vegetarian restaurant attached to the hostel with a cheap bar. Would recommend this hostel for solo or group travellers looking to relax and socialise.
I think that it is the best place to stay here at Palolem.

Though the guesthouse is not located at the beach, it takes less than 5 minutes to get there, so it is not a problem. And you can not expect such a comfort in the huts with the ocean view. There are two buildings located in a garden. The room of Palolem Guest House where I stayed was clean, comfortable and equipped with new furniture and a TV. And there was hot water. And the location is quiet.
I plan to return in October.

They are Giving Mordern facilities like Aircondition, Blankets, towels and all toiletries for just 600 indian rupees, its very cheapest price Hostel at Palolem Beach Town. Beautiful location in quiet corner of the beach, next to the mangroves. The beach hut is wonderful with your own balcony and daybed, space to work with a desk in the shade, or just chill and feel the breeze. Staff are super chill and helpful, you can rent (cheap!) kayaks and take them around the island and into the mangroves, lots of good birdlife, monkeys, otters and more. Food is brill and has the best mojito in India! So good we extended our stay and are talking about our next. LOVE!
Fantastic location, a short stroll to the beach but set back enough to be quiet & peaceful. Sid was a great host and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I am gluten free and he even managed to source some gluten free bread to accompany my morning masala omelette! Thoroughly recommended for peace, comfort and tranquility in Palolem.
Best stay and best host. The guest house is well maintained, neat, clean and situated at great location. One side you can have beautiful stroll in the market and other side you can reach to the beach through a short walk across the garden. The owner-cum-care taker is very helpful, soft spoken and a great human being. She is totally involved with the cleaning staffs and ensures best service to the guests.
