Dominic Letty and Sanjay are perfect hosts and nothing into much trouble. Sea Pearl has a lively garden and we had a ground floor studio so we could hear the sea as we fell asleep. There was lots of hot water and towels and bedding were changed regularly; we had a ceiling fan and air conditioning too. We were 5 mins from the beach and 5 mins from the main road where restaurants and shops are located. We were sad to leave .

Quaint, artistic, impeccably clean and value for money - is how I would describe Casa Do Leao. Rohan and his family are a nice couple and were generous with their suggestions on how we could have a wonderful time at Goa. Patches and the other pets were fun to play with! The home has an in-house restaurant where they serves a great breakfast and yummy wood fire oven pizzas. The home is quite conveniently located with easy access to most of the attractions. Would highly recommend!
The entire atmosphere of the place, great looking house surrounded by huge mango trees and other flora and fauna made it feel like home. Also, the hosts are very kind and generous and happy to help with anything.
Our stay at Casa Do Leao was perfect in every way. It is a 150 year old Portuguese villa converted into a boutique hotel with lots of history attached to it. The rooms were clean and aesthetically designed. The location was great, just a short drive away from Candolim. And the hosts were very hospitable and had great recommendations for things to do nearby.
We had a lovely time at this quaint boutique hotel.It was wonderful to experience the hospitality that Rohan and family showered on us right from the time of checkin to all the times we spent at the hotel.It is situated in Nerul and quite close to Candolim which was quite convenient for our holiday schedule as well.The beautiful artistic works in and around the property,their pets etc add to the homely ambience.
Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Goa looking for a peaceful place to unwind during their travel.

Beautiful house in a quiet area of Goa. We loved the comfortable bed and our terrace in the morning, where we could have a cup of tea surrounded by greenery. We also enjoyed having a pool to go to in the evening, after a hot day. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful, homemade and delicious. Attention to guests was exceptional. This guesthouse was the highlight of our stay in Goa.
