A great hostel in a small town away from the tourist trap that is Macleodganj, but only a short walk away. Lots of lovely cafes within short walking distance, an incredible view of the valley, and great food at cheap prices from the hostel itself. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the common room always had a few people in it to chat to on a rainy day. Free wifi and comfortable beds.
