Hotel Smuggler exceeded our expectations. This hotel is charming and has a great location near the main attractions. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the bed was super comfortable. The food was delicious and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful.
The hostel's location is perfect right in the city center, and the stuff was so nice! They even took me to hang out with them in the local river on my first day. I extremely enjoyed my stay and would recommend anyone:)

Everything was fantastic about the room, nice bed, nice bathroom and very clean.
Host was excellent and was happy fill up our water from the filter in kitchen, which was many times a day.
All rounded nicest place we had stayed in HP over a month and one of the cheapest.

It felt like I am in a sleeper class bus in the dormitories which was nice, Anup, the host is a nice guy, conversations were nice and interesting, a little far city center made it work for me. One can take a local bus from Manali bus stand. Breakfast is good, I liked poha, but felt expensive. Overall, it was a good break!!
Really great hostel / guesthouse. Perfect location - just a few minutes walk away from the busy main street which is close enough, but also far enough away to be a bit calmer and amongst the orchards. Nice sociable common area where travellers hang out. Great food service as well, you can order breakfast to your room! Brilliant views from our balcony (see pic). We had a double bedroom with ensuite and everything was v clean and comfortable, hot water shower etc.

The accommodation has a lovely garden & also has an indoor area to relax.
It's in a great location, walking distance to shops & restaurants but much quieter than the main street.
The host is super friendly & very helpful! We extended a few more nights as we loved staying here so much.
