It was excellent hospitality and so is the stay.. Mr. and Mrs. Kushwaha are great host. They are always there, whenever you need them and they were very helpful throughout my stay and helped me to know more about Lucknow. Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot.
It is basically fraud hotel. There is no proper hotel type reception. They have some rooms on different floor in a mall. No room seevice. No professional behaviour. It is cheap kind of guest house
Fantastic hosts, Neeraj and Sheema, helped with our itinerary and sorted a Tuk Tuk for 1200rs a day ..it was lovely to feel safe and looked after as the driver was the best.
Sheema's breakfasts were lovely served on the beautiful terrace . This was a great start to our trip. Thank you Neeraj and Sheema. Comfortable room aircon and tv . Small kitchen, filtered water and large fridge for communal use. Separate lounge as well as with cosy armchairs. Quiet location .
Great location in a quiet street but near the lively area of Hazratganj. Room was a good size with a very effective air conditioning unit.

Excellent boutique hotel in a quieter part of Lucknow yet about 15 mins to Hazratganj. Beautifully decorated in period style. Amazing breakfast. Kind and attentive staff.
The property has a lovely terrace perfect to unwind in the evening, Both Neeraj and Seema were extremely helpful and we could not have been treated more warmly, they are both wonderful hosts. Also the location was good quite quiet but close to main road.
Peaceful and quiet place for spending time together, host is great, the caretaker is a nice person.. food is also homely.. what else one needs for a quality time❤️❤️
