Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Beautiful, spacious and quiet location. Very helpful staff, excellent service. Arranged very good safaris upon arrival. The tent was great, clean and comfortable complete with power sockets and bathroom including hot water. Also the deck in front of the tent had very comfortable chairs and a nice view. The food was very tasty.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfy place with good food. Great location to explore park-they have an excellent driver for the park at hand that is excited about what he’s doing - so you’ll have a great time. Good value
The host was very helpful throughout the stay, both with my last minute booking and plan changes as well as with the safari bookings. The place is walkable from the safari booking center, Kohora bus stop and the market.
Loved our stay at this charming boutique resort! We were literally in the midst of the jungle with greenery all around, yet had all the amenities for a luxurious stay! Even better at night since you can see a sky full of stars which is just impossible in cities.
Staff were very attentive and took care of every little detail to make our stay super comfortable, from arranging a private bonfire for us in the evening to scheduling safari trips to the national park and fishing expeditions in a nearby river.
Will definitely be visiting again!
From the bus station to the guesthouse it was a 5 minutes walk. The guesthouse is in a quiet and peaceful street with very friendly neighbours. In the night you hear all kinds of jungle sounds and you see fire flys. Beautiful! It was my favorite homestay in Assam, so far. The guesthouse is also very close to the central entrance of Kaziranga National Park.
The place is a quiet getaway located well away from other resorts and the highway hustle in Kaziranga. The hosts were awesome taking care of all requirements and arranging for a campfire, dinner at request and also arranging the jeep safari at our preferred time.
The tent stay was comfortable, well maintained. The chalets looked beautiful from the outside.
