Fabulous to stay here - right on the lake. Clean and comfortable room - great outdoor space to sit and watch the birds. Nasar was very welcoming and organised an early morning bost trip to the mangrove forest in the lake to watch birdlife. Incredible - very special. It is not LMR stays and Holidays.Its named Royal suites.its a 2 or 3 Storeyed house.One north Indian to take care of the house.It is so scary.not safe at all.No lights in the room which I was shown in the first floor.No mirror.If you want to use the mirror,you are supposed to go to the caretaker's room to the ground floor.Untidy toilet. owner is out of station who calls and gives instructions.How do you see yourself in such a situation where no basics light n mirror is not given in the room.Also the towel which was kept for me in the room was so Dirty.I don't know it was a Bed spread or mattress protector. I was not safe and i refused to stay in such a place.The name which is given in Bookings.com itself is fake.Kindly don't entertain such business.

Check in process was easy. Staff were quiet friendly and helpful. Overall, the place was clean; especially the toilet and bathroom were very clean, with new sanitary fittings. Though on-site parking was limited, we were allowed to park our big car in the owner's parking area, further down the road.
Quiet and good location. Very responsive host. Room facilities as promised. A special mention to the on premises manager Mr. Rajan who took care of every aspect and personally guided us when we had to visit the famous Guruvayur temple. Very rare to get this kind of personal touch.
The location is just behind Mammiyoor temple. So it is effortless to access both Mammiyur and Guruvayoor temple. The area has very good parking facilities as well. They are a bit away from the main road, making it very peaceful and quiet. Also, the rooms are very well maintained.
This lovely team manages Avanti like a family place. Vinod, Vayshak and their team look after you like their own. Even small requests are looked into. The apartment is kept in perfect clean condition and the breakfast is wonderful. They have a small convenience store if you need also. A great location. Quiet and local, yet it is a very nicely designed apartment and building. Highly Highly recommended
