Second stay at hotel Arthur, and same great experience. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room. Working aircon and blackout curtains. Good breakfast and a location that's really hard to beat in Helsinki! The only niggle I have is that my room was at the end of a looooooong corridor which meant a long walk to go back to get anything I forgot on the way out daily."

Great location,atmosphere beautiful surrounding , great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places.
It was a great experience staying there for a night. The location of this guest house was quiet nearby my destination. The overall experience was good. Staff were friendly & co operative.
