Great value for money, the location was really great if you want somewhere a bit more peaceful. Just a heads up though that it is a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest road and main beach. I knew this already so it wasn't a shock for me. The view from my balcony was incredible and very relaxing. There is also a little shop run by the accommodation next door so you don't have to go far to get snacks and drinks. You've also got the Sweet Water Lake and beach next to the accommodation, although you are reliant on the tide.

Our room on top floor was amazing, it's small but just enough for the two of us and the view is magical. We had complete privacy and it is close to the beach and all of the happenings yet in peaceful area so we could chill and listen to the waves. My family and I could not have been made more welcome at this jungle retreat. With jungle sites and sounds on the doorstep and beautiful home cooking this was a wonderful place to stay. Even more striking than this was the warmth and generosity of our hosts, for whom nothing was too much trouble. I left keen to return and in the meantime to cherish and to learn from the exceptional generousity and kind-heartedness that I had encountered.
The host was amazing, felt like a family, very helpful and great hospitality. They provided homemade food which was excellent, they went an extra mile to get/provide catering service or anything needed at a call away. I would like to thank Sandeep for his hospitality and service. I will surely visit this place again.
If you are looking for a quite place, peaceful, within a reach from the Goa border I would recommend it.
