Excellent property, very well maintained, clean and quiet. Its a full home with 2 rooms, hall, kitchen and dining area with tv, fridge, washing machine and all essential furniture. Host was super cool and supportive. Strongly recommended.
At the reception was Manikandan with another staff, very helpful, extremely polite, charming . Making everything easy & welcoming once you put a foot on the property. Also they get you all kind of info about anything, cabs, tours , etc.

Rooms are spacious, especially compared to similar hotels/hostels in the same price bracket. Facilities such as hot shower, lift and WiFi worked well. The place was kept clean (housekeeping is offered on a daily basis). The location in central Coimbatore close to Gandipuram bus station is good and still quiet as the hotel is on a side street. Most staff is correct (only one was begging for money all the time).
Stayed four days much longer than planned!
Cheap option for western tourists when in Coimbatore. We needed place to stay for one night after coming down from Ooty on way to Cochi. Room large, quiet, clean, comfy beds, they brought more pillows. AC and fan worked well. Ate light western meal in restaurant of soup, omelette, fries and was very good.
