Our room was very large with a good fan and strong AC which was very needed in the Goan heat!

The villa style rooms are so charming. We went with family and took rooms side-by-side. Kids enjoyed the whole property. There was a kids club where they enjoyed playing video games after their swimming session, my daughter got to paint seashells etc...albeit for an extra charge.The staff is amazing at this property and will look after you as their own. There is 24hrs housekeeping available.
Need and clean the housekeeper are well behaved & the location is quiet, with a natural environment. If there was a self cooking kitchen material available in the room it will be 100% well done. I would recommend it. If i ever visit South Goa in the near future i would be happy to book the same
Quiet. Nice balcony with river views and wildlife. Fully equipped kitchen. Good location. The swimming pool was adequate, but there was no seating area. It was clean.
This villa was perfect! Very beautiful area, very quiet but still close to shops restaurants and beach. Was very handy to have a washing machine which came into its own! Nice big shower room. Our host Sophie George was there for absolutely anything we needed help with!! Would fully recommend this property for anyone seeking a peaceful place to stay! Villa is a little tired but that didn't bother us at all it was in keeping with the area!

This is a Wonderful Guesthouse, Paul ( the Owner) is just a Fantastic man, He has wonderful Happy Staff, His wife makes great omelettes, Very Clean, Everything thing you need, Nice 15 walk to a wonderful quiet beach with a couple of nice beach bar/ restaurants, also very near to some restaurants/ bar and a few shops, Overall we Love this place ❤️

Great location, right at the beach which is very clean and quiet, with excellent views. Food in all three restaurants was very good, with very courteous staff and prompt service. Breakfast spread was excellent.
Service was prompt, and room cleanliness was great too. It is a large property and just walking around the property felt quite good, not to mention the long walks on the beach, with the sun setting on the Arabian sea.
This was such a lovely find- we ended up extending our stay for two more nights! The villa had all the amenities that we needed and was in a great location. It felt extremely homely and safe and was in a beautiful, convenient setting. Sophie was a superb host and helped us with a number of things (organising taxi to the airport/car hire etc).
