We stayed at Amber for two nights. Cleanliness and location was impeccable. Being near a busy section, road noises carry in the room. Property is maintained very well. The management addressed all our concerns and requests.
We appreciate Ashutosh's suggestions for shopping and Manish's help in getting to the property and arranging transportation for us. Suraj was extremely informative in sharing historical perspectives of the city while driving us. Will stay again next time in Amritsar.

A quite place in between a bustling locality. Interiors of the place have been done with exceptional care. Payal played a great host and this is one the best B&B I have ever visited. Me and friends longed to stay an additional night.
This hotel is great. The location is perfect in a small street walking distance from the Golden Temple. The host is very helpful and will make your stay as comfortable as it can be. Breakfast is generous and yummy. Our first room had no window, but the other rooms do. Beds are large and comfy. Internet is fast and reliable. The atmosphere of this boutique hotel is friendly. We stayed a total of 4 nights in 2 stages and did not regret it.

Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, lovely garden. Mr and Mrs Makhija are great hosts. They have poured a lot of love into this B&B. The location is wonderful - a short drive to all the sights, very close to a bustling street and yet quiet. It is safe for solo travelers.

Great location less than 10 mins walk to the Golden temple. Basic accommation with WiFi. Host let us change room as first was less than desirable. As with most hotels in India during the day can be aa little noisy but it was quiet at night. Beds comfy.
