We attendent a concert in Ha Yarkon Psrk. The property was about 20 minutes easy walk, safe neighbourhood even on walk back. Room had al necessities plenti of outside space. Confortable bed. Everything we needed. Did not use TV so no idea if good or not.

In a nice part of Tel Aviv, clean and quiet thanks to the house rules and staff. The host does things "by the book" and required that I send him a picture of my tourist visa for tax purposes (or else pay the tax). He was patient with me as I tried and failed to text it to him; was eventually successful in sending it via e-mail. When I made my second booking here, extending my stay, he graciously upgraded my room to a larger one at no charge. There are places to eat nearby.

The information David provided concerning the room, the area and where te get something to eat was very helpful.
The equipment of the room and bathroom had everything necessary in it, David was a great help in getting a taxi for us which brought us back to the airport.

It was convenient and comfortable. We only needed a place to stay for one night. The host was amazing, he helped us organise a taxi last minute to pick us up and take us to the station - incredible customer service!
It was so quiet and near from the airport. And also there is a good grocery store nearby. The neighbor was so nice and kind. The owner, David arranged the transportation to the airport for us though our departure time was so early. We really appreciate it.
For one night stay we had everything we needed: hot water, fridge, kettle, big bed. The wonderful host provided clear instructions on how to get to the place, offered us water and apples upon arrival, and he also ordered us a morning taxi to the airport. At 6 a.m. it was a ten minute ride. I think it must be one of the closest accommodations to the airport, and it has a rather affordable price from what I have seen around Tel-Aviv.
The host was really good in the sense he was extremely helpful and communicated really well. The Location as close to the airport, seemed to be in a safe neighbourhood and the place had the basics and decent sized shower.
We made a last minute reservation and were made fantastically welcome. Our host even helped us to find a suitable restaurant for dinner! We definitely recommend this reasonably priced guest house to anyone needing accommodation near Ben Gurion Airport.
