In a nice part of Tel Aviv, clean and quiet thanks to the house rules and staff. The host does things "by the book" and required that I send him a picture of my tourist visa for tax purposes (or else pay the tax). He was patient with me as I tried and failed to text it to him; was eventually successful in sending it via e-mail. When I made my second booking here, extending my stay, he graciously upgraded my room to a larger one at no charge. There are places to eat nearby.

We attendent a concert in Ha Yarkon Psrk. The property was about 20 minutes easy walk, safe neighbourhood even on walk back. Room had al necessities plenti of outside space. Confortable bed. Everything we needed. Did not use TV so no idea if good or not.

Hands-on management by the owner. He made sure we were comfortable and that we didn’t have any problems. The room was big enough to accommodate a kitchenette that is equipped with a small ref (with small freezer), electric stove, microwave oven and kitchen utensils, silverware and plates. The room was clean and was comfortable to be in.

Excellent location: beach, supermarkets, cafe, city center. Very nice and friendly host. Clean, recently renovated, fully equipped apartment. Very comfortable and big sofa. For Israel standards - good value for money.
