The location was excellent, right in the center of town. Lots of places to eat, drink and shop all within walking distance. Close to the Black Water bridge with a lovely view from the lounge window. Good kitchen facilities with a microwave and tea & coffee readily available. Lovely bathroom with hot shower. Parking was nearby in a public car park for 1 euro a day! Finally Ray was an excellent host. Thank you!

Location was fantastic, in the country surrounded by lush landscape and beautiful potato fields. Landscaping around the house was beautiful with large trees and rock walls.

Staying at the Square Townhouse is very straightforward: the host texted me beforehand to give me a contact number and check when I was arriving. He was there to meet me when I reached the place, gave me keys for 24hr access, and gave good advice as to where to have dinner. The room was spotless, beds and ensuite bathroom fine, and shared areas (lounge and kitchen) in good order. If you just want somewhere to stay in the middle of Fermoy, it's perfect. The night I was there was perfectly quiet. One of the calmest places I've ever been!
Great location, very central. Apartment was very well equipped and spacious. Lovely and warm. The host even put up lovely Christmas decorations for us. Really was a home from home. The couch also converts into a very comfortable bed if you need extra room.
Very comfortable stay in a lovely property. Interesting decor and soft furnishings, it felt very rustic and cosy. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and quick to respond when I communicated with them. It was in a great location in the town so I didn’t need to use the car to go out for coffee or dinner, etc. It was pet-friendly and had a beautiful garden shared with the hosts. The shower was very nice and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and everything I needed for my stay.
An absolute find. Donal was a great host and made us feel like home. Photos don’t do justice what a great place that is. Loved everything about the place hope to be back
