As per usual this place is outstanding. Room was amazing, great welcome when you arrive (we always book this b and b), very clean brekkie and always great when the teapot is refilled and no pressure to finish brekkie. Bathroom in Room 4 has been done up to an exceptional high standard. We always return due to the excellent location on the outskirts of town. Highly recommend

The host was very hospitable, I was very impressed by their care , commitment and reception considering we arrived at 12 midnight after our car broke down. They still made tea and coffee in the middle of the night which I never thought would happen or expected.
