Everything was nice. Aine was a kind and lovely host. Place was very comfy. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Cork. Even for my next tour I will prefer Fern House to stay. Room, Washroom, Kitchen and living area all were clean and comfy. A perfect place to stay in cork.

Perfect location, the whole city is within walking distance. Mick was very welcoming and accommodating, I arrived 1 hour before checkin but they were more than happy to give me a room which was ready. Also on check out, I slept in for breakfast but I was offered coffee and tea before I left. Genuinely lovely people.

Excellent location. Super comfortable place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen allowed for cooking meals.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Very clean room and daily housekeeping
Quiet at night and ease of access via city buses. Could also walk into the city centre if I chose to
Lovely park right behind the Guest House
Great breakfast and whole grain Irish soda bread was a bonus for breakfast - always yogurt and fruit available but also a full protein breakfast with options
Felt safe walking back to the house in the evening
The hotel is very charming, in an old building with a waterfall in the yard. Shops, clubs, pubs and restaurants are nearby, the city centre is 5 min by walk. Aircoach to Dublin in the same street. Breakfast was very good and not expensive. Wlan worked very well, the beds were comfortable. I got a quiet room on request in the 3rd floor (well isolated window). I would definitely stay here again!
The swimming pool! The breakfast was great - lots of choice. The family room was very spacious . The building and its history are really interesting. Great location- very quiet, yet only a 7 minute walk from the city centre.
Great location, walking distance to the city centre. Host Tim was a great character, great sense of humour and very welcoming and knowledgeable .
Parking available at the back of the guesthouse.
Great location, only 10 minute walk from the city centre. Breakfast was really nice and the host, Valerie made us feel very welcome from check in. The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Would highly recommend this guesthouse
