All meals were freshly made every day either by a friend of Opik or his mother. It was a homestay so we chatted to the family about their lives and ours. Opik is a guide and while he look us on some trips he was also booked by others. When he wasn't available he left us with his friends whose English was great. We expect people to get on with their lives at a homestay. Its work in progress and was good to see. Its within walking distance of the national park, which is great value.O Opik arranged a driver for us which was very helpful. His local knowledge was great

Tina, Agung and the kids are so friendly and welcoming that we immediately felt at home. The room is spacious and super clean. We really had everything we needed (including hot shower…). Good size villa in Senaru. Two rooms, bedroom and lounge area plus bathroom . Outside balcony with seating and nice views of Mountain. Bed comfortable. Warm water for shower. Restaurant on site. Staff friendly and welcoming. Only 5 min drive to waterfall carpark. Wifi initially wasn't running until staff gave me token with password. After that it was ok, sometimes dropping out for a few minutes. Parking for my car in front of room.

The place is well situated in the middle of the rice fields. The room was really nice and the bedding comfortable. The owners are great and they have different discovery programs suitable for everyone. We loved the breakfast, it was above good.
