Stayed at the guesthouse that really surprised me. It wasn’t much to look at from the outside, but inside, it was a gem. The staff were friendly, the room was cosy with a smart TV, and the bedding was comfy. For the price, I got way more than I expected, definitely worth the money considering the peak period. Was in Batam for a night transiting from Jakarta to Singapore; I wish I could stay longer.
The guesthouse has no lift; might want to keep that in mind when booking. The surroundings have nothing much to offer except minimarts and a row of street food carts in the evening.

Location was close to the food court, nearby Nagoya hill mall. The apartment was clean, quiet and peaceful especially the high rise balcony view was fantastic 😍. Housekeeping was prompt by Mr Yunda. The host Mr Anli gave a high rise view 🪟. I will definitely book with Mr Anli again.
The apartment is spacious, clean and great location. Very nice view from apartment. Security is good and safe. Especially the bed is very comfortable. Host also very accomodative .
