Staying at Bali Pray House was incredibly relaxing, surrounded by stunning rice fields.
The girls at the reception were absolutely lovely and so helpful, always greeting us with a smile and a 'yes' whenever we needed anything!
The room was spacious, clean, with a comfy bed and a nice big terrace. Breakfast offered a choice of American, Continental, or Indonesian options, along with a hot drink and fresh juice. We also had dinner twice, and everything was delicious!
The pool was a great bonus.
Highly recommended if you’re staying in Munduk, the views are unbeatable!

Wonderful place to stay with an infinity pool and a beautiful view of the sea. Arya, the homeowner, was the perfect host - the stay felt more like visiting an old friend. He can help you get bikes or nearby dolphin tours for a great price and the house is in a quiet place.The room and bathroom were very spacious with both an AC and a ceiling fan (almost never used the former).

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming homestay! The location was truly unbeatable, situated right on the path to the waterfall trekking route and the rice fields. It was incredibly convenient for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers, allowing easy access to breathtaking trails. What truly made my experience special was the incredible warmth and hospitality of the host family. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering helpful local tips. One of the most touching gestures was their willingness to drive me around on their scooter. Since I didn't have a means of transportation and the road was not very friendly to walk, this unexpected act of generosity allowed me to explore the area more safely, adding immeasurable value to my stay.
The room itself was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and I the shower had plenty of hot water.

We felt incredibly welcomed! Delicious balinese traditional food was cooked for us. Our needs were fulfilled surpassing our expectations! The host gave us a local insight to the beautiful village and nature of Munduk and even gave us a car ride to the local sights!

Everyone speaks about Wayan and what a beautiful host he is, but you have to experience it to actually understand how amazing and kind he is. This is not just staying at a beautiful villa, it’s an entire experience. Also if you’re wondering if you should stay in Munduk, this villa is so damn close (waterfalls are an easy 15 min scooter too), so look no further and stay here. So glad we did.
We are a couple and stayed for two nights. An absolutely great experience with the nicest host you can imagine. We got served a variety of exotic fruit from his own garden to eat. View over the sparkling pool into saturated green ricefields right next to the place and great view into the mountains. The place is also very well suited for a family. If required, the host will guide yoe to different sights. We higly recommend this place for a well rounded experience.
Perfect rest stop on our way around the north of Bali, the Host/owner Wayan was exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast with the freshly picked fruit from the surrounding garden was also a delicious
Absolutely recommend staying here! Wayan is a great host. We got to enjoy fresh coconut and passion fruit from his garden. He also took us on a walk around the area, through the rice fields, telling us about their culture, the fruit trees, the rice fields, etc. Food was also really good! Just had a great time in general :)
LOVED EVERY PART OF IT! The host is the friendliest and most genuine guy that we have ever stayed with! He would do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible and he never stops smiling. The breakfast and the dinner were delicious, with many fresh fruits and vegetables from his own garden! We rented a motorbike and he drove us to Amed at a very fair price. Our favorite place to stay in Bali so far!
Great staff/host family that even helped us when our scooter was broken. Food is really good and the rooms are quiet new, clean and comfortable. The view is amazing as this place is really in nature located at a hill with not much arround you. You can do some hiking or go to the waterfalls.
