Very peaceful and relaxing location. Perfect for spending a couple days doing nothing by the beach, surrounded by beautiful gardens. No shops or amenities nearby in the town but can buy anything you need ( food, water, laundry) from the accommodation. Host is from Holland.
Specific location - we wanted somewhere driving distance to Bajawa area, but close to Aimere ferry terminal. The decor was great. The garden was fantastic. They had rare owls in the garden at night. The host was fantastic and very nice. Be prepared though - this is no-frills, so its a bucket shower and a bucket toilet flush, and its a fan, not AC. But that doesnt bother me - it is a budget place and you are staying rural Indonesia. I loved it.
