The Harper is a new hotel built in 2022. The furnishings are modern, the room size pleasant. The window faces an inner courtyard, so it is very quiet.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, not everyone speaks English equally well. The front office manager, Mr. Ardian Arianto, helped us a lot with everything and even drove us to a Telkomsel shop in his car. Thanks again for that. If you don't mind living about 1.5 km from the city centre, we can recommend the Harper without reservation.
