The property was so beautiful, in a quiet town yet, still not too too far from Budapest and well connected with public transport. The hotel was clean and cost with great facilities and clean, comfortable rooms with a view! My favourite thing about this stay was the lovely staff. They were SO kind and helpful and even let me check in early for a nearby wedding and provided a free breakfast and coffee.

The Csillag Panzio has a good location (a couple of minutes´ drive to reach the town centre on the No.2 Road) and as our room was facing the courtyard (no. 15) it was a quiet one. Altogether there are 15 rooms, so it´s a cosy guesthouse. There´s a rather big courtyard, in which we could park our car comfortably (there´s room for approx. 8-9 cars). Upon our arrival we received the key and the remote control to operate the electronic gate. Our room was rather big (with an extra bed in there, which we did not ask for), the beds were comfortable but were twin beds rather than a double bed. The bathroom was clean with a shower cabin. The breakfast was delicious and plenty and the breakfast room is nicely organized. There is a jacuzzi in the courtyard but as we travelled in October, we did not use it.

We checked in late and checked out early in the morning. The self-checkin system was a blast in this case.

Although communication with the hosts was a challenge, doing it all through google translate and waiting for them to reply to our messages, in the end the hosts were very helpful and accommodating for our group. The rooms were clean and nice and very warm in the winter. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room as well as a stovetop.
A real gentlemen, even helped me out in a urgent trouble.

Near to grand prix track, but recommend using a hire car to travel to and from track. Taxis getting to grand prix are fine if you book with bolt in advance for the morning trip, but you will be waiting hours to leave track, as the queue is 1.5 to 2 hours long
