Price was its main advantage. General conditions are not bad, better that I expected after reading other people's reviews. 15 min walk down the street to the central Szechenyi ter but the ascent may be challenging, esp when it rains or snows.

We absolutely fell in love with this tranquil holiday cottage situated in the beautiful countryside near Pécs. The garden is spacious with great facilities such as outdoor dining spaces, a barbeque, hot tubs and a sauna! Everything you could need for a relaxing time! The holiday cottage itself is spacious and tastefully furnished. The hosts are extremely friendly and accomodating - we could not have asked for more. We hope to come back soon!

We highly recommend this place. A great value for money. Even though the apartment is located in the city center, it is very quiet and not noisy. The host is very friendly and welcoming, response time is short and we got some good recommendations for places/restaurants. The place is clean and well equipped, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea, and extra towels and bedsheets. Everything worked well, All our expectations were met.

Everything was perfect. Check-in was very easy, and the hosts were very friendly (like all the Hungarians we met during our stay).
The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. It lacked for nothing. The highlight for me, was the large terrace with spectacular views of the city, Mecsek forest, and the tv tower. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, but just a short walk to the city centre and train station. I would highly recommend staying here, and I will most definitely be back 😊
The host is very supportive and courteous. He allowed me to check in early as well as a late check out. The location is nice, peaceful, and quiet. It is accessible with buses from city center.
Spacious, super comfortable two-bedroom suite facing an inner courtyard so it was both quiet and private. Very clean, great hosts, comfortable and pleasant sleep. Close to the Zsolnay centre, supermarket down the street and ~20-30 min on foot to city centre (note it is a bit of a walk to get to restaurants).
